Welcome to Tokyo, a contemporary flat designed to offer a comfortable and elegant retreat on the outskirts of Rouen city centre. This new flat, situated in a private, secure residential complex, offers you comfort and refined décor.

Set within a modern, secure residential complex, this flat enjoys a prime location on the hills above Rouen, with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Seine. An ideal setting for enjoying the city whilst, after a day of sightseeing or work, returning to the peace and comfort of a real home.

The flat is centred around a pleasant open-plan living area in a Japanese Zen style, combining the living room and kitchen. A welcoming and light-filled space, perfect for sharing a meal, relaxing over a drink or simply enjoying the view. On sunny days, the 10m² terrace, complete with garden furniture and a plancha, naturally extends the living space and invites you to enjoy a coffee or savour a moment of tranquillity whilst taking in the panoramic view.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your meals just as you would at home: oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. For coffee lovers, two Nespresso machines – a Magimix and a Krups – are also at your disposal.

In terms of sleeping arrangements, the flat has three bedrooms, all fitted with fans, making it ideal for comfortably accommodating families, friends or business travellers. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV, perfect for enjoying your favourite programmes after a day out in Rouen. One of them also features a desk area, which is particularly useful for business travellers or for working from home in comfort.

The bathroom combines comfort and practicality with a bath and twin washbasins. You’ll also find a washing machine and tumble dryer, which are particularly handy for stays of several days or for families.

For your convenience, the flat also has a private parking space – a real bonus for exploring Rouen and the surrounding area with complete peace of mind.

Guests have access to the entire property. This property is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility, with a lift at the entrance and an access ramp located directly opposite your reserved parking space

Our brand-new, secure residence boasts uninterrupted views over the Seine. Ideally located between Place Saint-Paul and Bonsecours, it offers privileged access to the city centre and surrounding area. Getting around

Other things to note

Self check-in is available for added flexibility. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM). In the house, all our guests receive linens, essential toiletries for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, etc.), as well as a large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat in each bathroom. A welcome kit including kitchen and bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid is provided free of charge upon arrival for the duration of your stay.

Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshments, restocking of essential items, or deliveries can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Enjoying a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with your security deposit! Please take care of the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture, and leave the premises clean upon your departure. Please follow the instructions regarding schedules and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors. And if any small problem arises, please don't hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are prohibited (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed upon in advance by us, and any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
