Our Pricing

Our pricing

A setup package of €350 incl. tax / per property, including:
– Property preparation and staging for the photo shoot
– Professional photo report (specialized photographer)
– Creation of welcome and equipment brochures for guests
– Creation of listings on all platforms and pricing configuration

Daily management of your property: 20% incl. tax on collected amounts
In a “win–win” logic, our fees depend on the revenue generated by your property. Our interests are aligned: renting your property at the best rate, as often as possible.

Cleaning fees:
Turnover costs (cleaning, laundry, welcome gifts, consumables) depend on your property and are billed directly to guests.

Security deposit:
We take a deposit (via bank imprint) through a certified organization to encourage guests to respect the premises. It is also essential to protect your property against damages or unexpected incidents.
