Situated on the 2nd floor and accessible via elevator (or stairs), this home combines comfort, brightness, and functionality to ensure a delightful stay, whether you are visiting for business, a tourist getaway, or a family trip.

Upon arrival, you are greeted by a welcoming entrance hall that flows seamlessly into the various living areas. To the left, a spacious, light-filled living room invites you to relax. Carefully furnished in a clean, contemporary style, the room is enhanced by elegant botanical-themed decor, featuring nature-inspired wallpaper. This inviting space opens directly onto a pleasant 8 m² west-facing balcony—perfect for enjoying lovely evenings, sharing a meal, or simply savoring a quiet moment.

The dining area extends naturally from the living room and connects to a fully equipped, semi-open kitchen. Here, you will find everything needed to prepare meals with ease and enjoy a truly independent stay.

To the right of the entrance, a hallway leads to the sleeping area, designed to ensure peace and privacy. Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds and storage closets, creating a restful atmosphere. A functional bathroom, a separate toilet, and an additional storage closet complete this section of the apartment.

"Le Floria" also includes a storage unit and two private parking spaces—a major advantage for easy parking and making the most of your time in Rouen.

To finalize your booking and receive access codes for the property, a credit card pre-authorization will be required via a secure link. This security deposit covers any potential damage noted during your stay. If you wish to extend your time with us, a flat fee of €10 applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and prior approval by our team. Check-in is handled by the "ArchiDuchesse Key Master" between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM at the latest.

The property is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM). Guests are provided with bed linen, essential supplies for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toilet paper, etc.), and one large towel per person, along with kitchen towels and a bath mat for each bathroom. A welcome kit containing kitchen and bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid is provided free of charge upon arrival for the duration of your stay.
