The space

Welcome to this charming one-bedroom apartment, recently and carefully renovated to offer you a comfortable and authentic experience in the heart of Rouen's historic district. Located on Rue Damiette, just steps from Saint-Maclou Church, this cozy attic apartment is the ideal address for exploring Rouen on foot and fully enjoying its unique atmosphere.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the distinctive character of this apartment, nestled on the second and a half floors (no elevator) of a historic building. Once you step inside and climb the stairs, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen, where all the appliances are brand new (refrigerator, oven, etc.), allowing you to cook with ease and feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

To the left, the master bedroom offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Furnished with a comfortable double bed, it also has its own private bathroom with a sink and shower, creating a truly intimate suite perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. A separate toilet provides added convenience.

Continuing your tour, you'll discover a spacious living area bathed in natural light. Thanks to the skylights that open onto the Rouen sky, this space benefits from exceptional brightness throughout the day. Beneath the exposed beams and the typical volumes of attic apartments, you'll enjoy a warm and soothing atmosphere, ideal for sharing a meal, working in peace, or simply relaxing.

From the apartment, in just a few minutes, you can reach Saint-Maclou Church, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Place du Vieux-Marché, or the banks of the Seine. Bed linens and towels are provided for your comfort. The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park in the City Hall parking lot located a few meters away.

The accommodation is managed by the L’ArchiDuchesse Concierge Service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. To finalize your booking and obtain the access codes, a credit card authorization will be required via a secure link. If you wish to extend your stay, a one-time fee of €10 applies for early arrival or late departure, subject to availability and prior agreement from our team.
