Upon arrival, you will discover a beautiful, bright living area that combines a welcoming lounge, a comfortable dining room, and a modern, fully renovated and equipped kitchen. Whether you wish to prepare a home-cooked meal or simply share a relaxing moment, this central space has been designed to meet all your needs.

The spacious and comfortable bedroom features a double bed and a large wardrobe. It connects directly to a pleasant shower room, creating a private and functional space perfect for relaxing after a day of work or exploring.

To ensure a truly relaxing stay, the apartment is equipped with a range of amenities: washing machine, hairdryer, ironing facilities, filter coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, toaster, and kettle. Everything has been designed to make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

If you wish to extend your stay, a one-time fee of €10 applies for early arrival or late departure, subject to availability and prior agreement from our team.

Located on the left bank of the Seine in Rouen, the Saint-Clément district charms residents with its friendly atmosphere, vibrant energy, and ideal location just minutes from the historic center. Popular with both locals and visitors, it offers a pleasant living environment that retains the authentic character of a true Rouen neighborhood.

Around Place Saint-Clément and its famous church, local shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and markets create a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Everything is within walking distance, allowing residents to fully enjoy the neighborhood spirit while having all the necessary services just steps away.

With excellent transport links, Saint-Clément has a metro station providing direct access to the city center, the SNCF train station, and the main business hubs of the greater Rouen area. In just a few minutes, you can reach the cobblestone streets of Old Rouen, its majestic cathedral, museums, terraces, and numerous cultural venues.

Getting around

The Avenue de Caen metro station, located approximately 150 meters away, provides quick access to Rouen city center and the various districts of the greater metropolitan area. The Astuce network, comprised of metro lines, buses, and high-quality TEOR bus lines, offers numerous connections for daily commutes.

Several bus lines are located near the accommodation:
Line F1 (FAST): connects Plaine de la Ronce to Stade Diochon;
Line F7 (FAST): provides service between La Pléiade and Hôte
Line 11: between Collège Léonard de Vinci and Île Lacroix;
Line 33: serves Sotteville-lès-Rouen, among other areas;
Lines 13 and 15, accessible in the Saint-Sever and République sectors.

The TEOR lines form the backbone of the Rouen network. Lines T1, T2, and T3 cross the city on an east-west axis. Lines T4 and T5 cross the city on a north-south axis.

Self check-in is available for added flexibility. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM). In the house, all our guests receive linens, essential toiletries for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, etc.), as well as a large towel per person, along with dish towels and a bath mat in each bathroom. A welcome kit including kitchen and bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid is provided free of charge upon arrival for the duration of your stay.

Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshments, restocking of essential items, or deliveries can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Please follow the instructions regarding schedules and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors. And if any small problem arises, please don't hesitate to let us know. Please remember that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed upon in advance by us, and any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
