Located on Rue Alexandre Barrabé in Rouen (76100), it is situated on the raised ground floor of a modern, secure residential building—fully accessible to people with reduced mobility—in a quiet, residential neighborhood.

Thanks to its prime location, Le Xavier is an excellent base for exploring Rouen or for business trips. The "Avenue de Caen" metro station is just 200 meters away, offering quick access to the historic city center, the train station, and the city's main business districts.

Upon arrival, you are greeted by a spacious entryway with a separate toilet. This leads into a pleasant, light-filled living area featuring a comfortable lounge, a welcoming dining space, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

Designed to meet all your needs, the kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, stovetop, toaster, ground-coffee machine, and all the necessary dishes and utensils for home-style cooking.

The living area opens onto a southwest-facing balcony—perfect for enjoying sunny days, having breakfast outdoors, or relaxing after a day of sightseeing or work.

The apartment features a large bedroom with a comfortable Queen-size bed and ample closet space. Accessible directly from the bedroom, the modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, and ironing facilities, ensuring comfort for both short and long stays.

Fully renovated, Le Xavier stands out for its brightness, optimized layout, and peaceful atmosphere. Every space has been designed to ensure a pleasant stay, offering an environment that blends modernity, convenience, and serenity.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. The property includes a private parking space. Xavier is the ideal base for discovering Rouen, whether for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or a peaceful few days away.

The property is managed by the L’ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. To finalize your booking and receive access codes for the property, a credit card pre-authorization will be required via a secure link. If you wish to extend your stay slightly, a flat fee of €10 applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and prior approval by our team. We ask that you take care of the property and respect the neighbors, and we wish you a wonderful stay in Rouen.

Depending on the booking terms, a security deposit may be requested prior to your arrival. This is intended to cover any potential damage noted during your stay.

Located on the left bank of the Seine in Rouen, the Saint-Clément district charms residents with its friendly atmosphere, vibrant energy, and ideal location just minutes from the historic center. Popular with both locals and visitors, it offers a pleasant living environment that retains the authentic character of a true Rouen neighborhood.

Around Place Saint-Clément and its famous church, local shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and markets create a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Everything is within walking distance, allowing residents to fully enjoy the neighborhood spirit while having all the necessary services just steps away.

With excellent transport links, Saint-Clément has a metro station providing direct access to the city center, the SNCF train station, and the main business hubs of the greater Rouen area. In just a few minutes, you can reach the cobblestone streets of Old Rouen, its majestic cathedral, museums, terraces, and numerous cultural venues.

Getting around

The address benefits from excellent accessibility thanks to its immediate proximity to public transportation and major roads.

The Avenue de Caen metro station, located approximately 150 meters away, provides quick access to Rouen city center and the various districts of the greater metropolitan area. The Astuce network, comprised of metro lines, buses, and high-quality TEOR bus lines, offers numerous connections for daily commutes.

Several bus lines are located near the accommodation:
Line F1 (FAST): connects Plaine de la Ronce to Stade Diochon;
Line F7 (FAST): provides service between La Pléiade and Hôte
Line 11: between Collège Léonard de Vinci and Île Lacroix;
Line 33: serves Sotteville-lès-Rouen, among other areas;
Lines 13 and 15, accessible in the Saint-Sever and République sectors.

The TEOR lines form the backbone of the Rouen network. Lines T1, T2, and T3 cross the city on an east-west axis. Lines T4 and T5 cross the city on a north-south axis.

Please note that the apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the building. People with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may experience access difficulties.

Self check-in is available for added flexibility. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM). In the house, all our guests receive linens, essential toiletries for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, etc.), as well as a large towel per person, along with dish towels and a bath mat in each bathroom. A welcome kit including kitchen and bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid is provided free of charge upon arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience; however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshments, restocking of essential items, or deliveries can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist guide, our special offers with promotional codes from our select partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

Enjoying a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with your security deposit! Please take care of the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture, and leave the premises clean upon your departure. Please follow the instructions regarding schedules and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors. And if any small problem arises, please don't hesitate to let us know. Please remember that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed upon in advance by us, and any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
