The space

Welcome to Shelter 2, a peaceful and comfortable 27 m² studio apartment, ideal for a relaxing getaway in Rouen, just steps from the train station. Located on Rue du Champ des Oiseaux, in a charming neighborhood with a late 19th/early 20th-century feel, this ground-floor apartment offers a calm and convenient setting for a truly serene stay. From the apartment, you can reach Rouen train station on foot in just 7 minutes, while the historic center and its picturesque streets are about a 15-minute walk away.

The neighborhood has all the necessary amenities within easy reach: Carrefour City supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, and greengrocer are all just 200 meters from the apartment. Perfect for a carefree stay, whether for a few days of exploration, a business trip, or a getaway to Normandy.

Inside, the studio has been designed as a simple and functional haven. You will enjoy a comfortable living area with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), ideal for peaceful nights. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals independently, thanks to the stovetop, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine. The accommodation also includes a shower room with a toilet.

For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We ask that you take care of the accommodation and respect the premises and the neighbors. To finalize your reservation and obtain the access codes, a credit card authorization will be requested via a secure link. Would you like to extend your stay? A one-time fee of €10 applies for early arrivals or late departures, subject to availability and prior agreement from our concierge team.

Please follow the instructions regarding schedules and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors. And if any small problem arises, please don't hesitate to let us know. Please remember that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed upon in advance by us, and any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
