The space
Welcome to Bibi, a cosy and comfortable flat that can accommodate up to 6 people, ideally situated at 21 Quai Cavalier de la Salle, on the Left Bank of Rouen.
Located on the 3rd floor of a building, Bibi invites you to enjoy a convenient, relaxing and urban stay, just a stone’s throw from the banks of the Seine. From the apartment, simply head to the Jeanne d’Arc bridge to cross the river and quickly reach the Right Bank, the historic heart of Rouen. In just a few minutes, you’ll find yourself immersed in the city’s unique atmosphere: its cobbled streets, half-timbered houses, lively cafés, restaurants, shops and iconic landmarks steeped in history.
The flat comprises three bedrooms, each fitted with a 140cm double bed, offering every guest a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring. A small desk is also available, handy for working remotely, writing or planning your itinerary.
The cosy and bright living area opens onto a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, designed to make your stay simple and comfortable. You’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals: an oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, hobs, an extractor hood, a kettle and kitchen utensils. The living room features a sofa and a coffee table, perfect for relaxing together. The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin unit and a washing machine, ideal for stays of several nights. The toilet is separate, for added daily convenience.
To make your arrival easier, bed linen and towels are provided, so you can unpack with peace of mind and make the most of your stay from the moment you arrive. The property does not have a private parking space, but it is possible to park in the surrounding streets, subject to the current parking charges. Your stay is supported by L’ArchiDuchesse Conciergerie, available 7 days a week, from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm and from 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm, to guide you and meet your needs throughout your stay.
To preserve the quality of the property and the peace of the neighbourhood, we ask that you take care of the accommodation and respect its surroundings. A credit card pre-authorisation will be requested via a secure link to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes. To extend your stay, early check-in or late check-out may be arranged, subject to availability and prior approval from the concierge team. A one-off fee of €10 will then apply.

The apartment is located on Quai Cavelier de la Salle, on the Left Bank of Rouen, in a convenient and pleasant area, right next to the banks of the Seine. The neighbourhood offers an ideal setting for a stay in Rouen: you can enjoy a quieter environment than the city centre, whilst remaining very close to the main amenities, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. From the apartment, the banks of the Seine provide easy access to the landscaped promenades, perfect for a stroll, a jog or simply to soak up the atmosphere of the quays. The location is particularly convenient for travellers wishing to explore Rouen without being right in the thick of the hustle and bustle of the historic centre.
Getting to the city centre couldn’t be simpler: just cross the Seine via the Jeanne d’Arc Bridge, located near the flat. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll go from the Left Bank to the Right Bank, where Rouen’s historic heart lies. This crossing offers a lovely introduction to the city: the Seine, the quays, and then the first shopping streets of the centre. You can therefore easily reach Rouen’s shops, cafés, restaurants, markets and iconic landmarks without needing a car.
Once on the Right Bank, let yourself be swept away by the charm of the historic centre. Rouen is a city with an exceptional heritage, known for its cobbled streets, half-timbered houses, historic façades and its atmosphere that is both lively and authentic. You can stroll around Rouen’s Notre-Dame Cathedral, admire the famous Gros-Horloge, explore the Place du Vieux-Marché, enjoy the terraces, restaurants and small shops, or simply lose yourself in the characterful streets that make up the charm of the Norman capital. Staying at Quai Cavelier de la Salle means choosing a convenient location, combining the tranquillity of the quays with immediate proximity to Rouen’s historic centre.
Transport
Thanks to its location near the Seine and the Jeanne d’Arc Bridge, the apartment is a simple and convenient base from which to explore Rouen, whether you’re visiting for leisure, business or a family holiday. Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the Right Bank, in the heart of Rouen, with its shops, restaurants, cafés, pedestrian streets and must-see attractions.
The neighbourhood is well served by Rouen’s public transport network. From the nearby stops, you can easily reach the city’s various areas: the historic centre, the SNCF station, shopping districts, university campuses or business parks.
If you’re coming by car, the property does not have a private parking space. However, it is possible to park in the neighbouring streets, subject to availability and current rates. The location on the Left Bank also allows you to quickly reach the main roads to explore the surroundings of Rouen, the loops of the Seine, the Seine Valley or other destinations in Normandy.
The banks of the Seine are pleasant for getting around by bike or scooter. It’s a good alternative for moving quickly between the Left Bank, the Right Bank and Rouen’s various neighbourhoods, whilst enjoying a more relaxed and pleasant journey.
From Rouen Rive Droite station, you can reach the flat by taxi, public transport or on foot if you’re travelling light. Crossing the city centre and then the quays makes it easy to reach the Left Bank.
Other things to note
Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building (no lift) and is accessible only by stairs. Guests with reduced mobility or with large suitcases may find access difficult.
Check-in is handled by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service from 4.00 pm until 8.00 pm, and check-out must be completed by 11.00 am at the latest.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10.00 am to 9.00 pm). In the house, all our guests are provided with linen, essential toiletries for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toilet paper, etc.), as well as one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit containing kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience; however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel changes, restocking of essential toiletries, or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Please treat the property as if it were your own: avoid causing damage, take care of the furniture and leave the place clean when you leave. Follow the guidelines regarding timings and the use of facilities, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. And if any minor issues arise, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the property is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless prior request and approval have been obtained from us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
