Studio 1 is a pleasant and well-designed accommodation, offering a comfortable stay in a modern and practical setting. It is ideal for business trips, training stays, or short getaways for couples or families.

The sleeping area includes two single beds (90x200), which can be joined together to form a double bed according to your preference. The studio also features a functional living space with a 135 cm flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi access, a dining area, and storage space.

Free parking is available on the street, and on-site parking may also be possible depending on availability.

Ideally located in a quiet residential area near the Rond-Point des Vaches, the property offers easy access to the Zénith de Rouen, the Exhibition Center, engineering schools (INSA, ESIGELEC), major business hubs, and the SNCF train station.

Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your convenience. We kindly ask you to respect the property, the premises, and the neighborhood during your stay.

A security deposit will be requested via a secure link in order to complete your booking and receive the access codes.

Finally, for added flexibility, an additional fee of €10 applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and prior approval from our team

The area is served by several bus lines, allowing quick access to nearby districts, the SNCF train station, and Rouen city center. The tramway is also just a few minutes away and provides a convenient way to reach the city center with ease.

Other things to note

Check-in is fully self-service, allowing you maximum flexibility. Arrivals are available from 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM at the latest.

The accommodation is managed by our team, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. All guests are provided with household linen and essential starter supplies for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, etc.), as well as one large towel per guest, kitchen towels, and a bath mat per bathroom.

A complimentary welcome kit is also provided, including kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid, covering the entire duration of your stay.

We aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience; however, please note that this is not a hotel service. Additional services such as mid-stay cleaning, linen or towel replacement, restocking of essentials, or deliveries can be arranged upon request and are subject to extra fees.
