The space

Huguette is an elegant and functional cocoon ideally located in Pont-de-l’Arche, perfect for a romantic getaway, a business trip, or a stopover in Normandy. It features a pleasant living area with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen space, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.

Located on the first floor of a secure building, this intimate apartment welcomes you into a warm and refined atmosphere.

The living area invites you to relax with its comfortable sofa bed, television, and high-speed internet access to keep you connected. The kitchen area is fully equipped (kettle, toaster, stovetop, mini refrigerator, microwave, etc.), allowing you to prepare delicious meals just like at home. You will also find a bathroom fitted with a bathtub and separate toilet.

Bed linen and household linens are provided for your comfort.

There is no private parking available with the accommodation. However, you may park your vehicle in the surrounding streets, subject to the city’s current parking regulations and fees.

We kindly ask you to take care of the apartment and respect both the property and the neighborhood. A security deposit authorization may be requested via a secure link in order to finalize your reservation and receive the access codes.

Would you like to enjoy your stay a little longer? A flat fee of €10 applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and prior approval.

Ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Pont-de-l’Arche, the accommodation is set on an emblematic street that reflects the town’s rich medieval heritage. As you stroll along the charming cobbled streets, you can admire remarkable historical remains such as the Porte de Crosne (formerly Saint-Jean Gate), the last vestige of the four medieval gates that once protected the city. With its arrow slits and still-visible portcullis passage, it offers a fascinating glimpse into medieval defensive architecture.

Just a short walk away stands the Tour de Crosne, partially rebuilt in the 19th century in a romantic style. It proudly overlooks the surroundings and offers a beautiful view over the Seine Valley and the nearby islands, making it a must-see for history lovers and those who enjoy scenic panoramas.

The neighborhood is also lively and convenient, with local shops, restaurants, and cultural events taking place throughout the year, providing visitors with an authentic and welcoming experience.

Other things to note

Check-in is self-service for added flexibility, starting from 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

The property is accessible 7 days a week and fully equipped to make your stay comfortable. You will find bed linen, towels, and essential toiletries for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper), as well as a large towel per person, dish towels, and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen and bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid is also provided for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to ensuring you have an enjoyable experience. However, please note that this is a rental, not a hotel. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refresh, replenishment of essentials, or deliveries can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

After your booking is confirmed, you will receive the welcome booklet along with detailed check-in instructions to access the property easily.

To ensure a smooth stay, please treat the property as your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and equipment, and maintain peace and quiet for neighbors. Leave the property clean upon departure.
Parties are strictly prohibited (250€ fee), the property is non-smoking (50€ fee), and pets are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance. Any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at the full replacement cost.
