The modern open kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, stovetop, and all necessary utensils) to make meal preparation simple and convenient.

The living area extends to a private terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny days, hosting outdoor meals, or simply relaxing in a green and peaceful setting.

The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, a workspace, and ample storage. You can connect the TV to your personal apps using your own login details.

For your convenience, two private parking spaces are available, a rare advantage in this neighborhood.

The property is managed by Home Rouen, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 21:00.

The neighborhood

The Briou Barneville district in Rouen, located on the left bank of the Seine, is close to the city center while remaining part of the city’s peripheral neighborhoods. It enjoys good connections to the wider metropolitan area.

Historically, Briou Barneville has developed over the years as Rouen expanded beyond its historic center. The neighborhood gradually urbanized with the construction of residential buildings and the arrival of new infrastructure.

In terms of amenities, Briou Barneville is well served by public transportation, making it easy to reach central Rouen. The district also offers schools, local shops, green spaces, and sports facilities, providing a pleasant living environment, particularly suitable for families.

Getting around

There are several public transport and travel options available on Rouen's left bank.

1. Metro :
   Rouen metro line 1 serves several stations on the left bank, with stops close to key locations such as Gare de Rouen Rive Droite and Café des Sports.

2. Tramway :
   The T1 tramway line also runs on the left bank and connects various districts of Rouen.
   It passes several points of interest, including hospitals and shopping areas.

3. Bus services :
   Rouen's bus network serves the Left Bank well with several lines, such as the A, F, and others that connect the different neighbourhoods. You can consult timetables and routes on the Rouen Normandie Métropole website.

4. Cycling :
   Self-service bicycle services, such as Rouen Velib', are available, allowing you to hire a bike to get around easily.

5. On foot:
   The Left Bank offers many footpaths and cycle lanes, making walking or cycling enjoyable and convenient.

6. Taxi or VTC :
   Taxis and VTC services (such as Uber) are available on the Left Bank for direct travel.

7. Railway station :
   Rouen Rive Droite station is the main rail access point, although this is on the right bank, it is easily accessible from the left bank via the metro or tram.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the ground floor.

Check-in is managed by the Home Rouen Keymaster from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

The property is managed by Home Rouen, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Guests will find bed and bath linens, essential toiletries for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper…), as well as a large towel per person, kitchen towels, and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit including kitchen and bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid is provided free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refresh, replenishment of essentials, or deliveries can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Upon confirming your stay, you will receive the Home Rouen tourist guide, our recommendations with discount codes from selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

Enjoying a rental also means respecting some rules to ensure a smooth stay and avoid issues with the security deposit. Please take care of the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture, and leave the space clean upon departure.
